In your yoga session I will offer physical postures (asanas) linking breath with movement and a strong focus on proper alignment. Attention will be placed on building strength, flexibility, and balance as well as mindfulness, concentration, and breath awareness. Sessions are balanced with energy to give a good physical workout (with modifications if needed), while also offering the opportunity to connect with the breath for increased self-awareness to the areas of tension and tightness being held within the body.
trauma sensitive yoga
Circle of Hope classes are donation-based and confidential classes that marry a peer-support, group sharing experience with a trauma-informed yoga class that is specifically designed to be sensitive towards those individuals who have experienced trauma or have struggled with its effects. This is for anyone directly impacted by trauma, as well as friends, family members or others that have been vicariously affected.

Private Instruction
one on one yoga
Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your understanding of yoga, working with an individual teacher can make a real difference. Originally, teachers taught yoga directly to one student. The ancient teachers understood the importance of individualizing each yoga experience to meet the needs of the student. Instruction can occur at the student's home, online, workplace, or gym. First, the student's specific goals are discussed as well as a basic background of yoga. Then, a custom plan is developed to build or deepen a practice that is tailored to the student at a comfortable pace. The yoga sessions are 75 minutes long.
6 Session $450.00 (75.00 per session)
12 Sessions $840.00 (70.00 per session)
24 Sessions $1560.00 (65.00 per session)
Client locations outside of a 15 minute commute time from my home will be assessed a commute fee to be determined before we begin working together.
I accept payments with Zelle (Chase), Venmo App or PayPal App. If using PayPal please use the option of Friends and Family and find me under the name of Suzanne McGovern.

Cancellation Policy: All sessions must be cancelled 24 hrs in advance or per session fee will be deducted.
