Private instruction is for clients just beginning their mindfulness meditation as well as those who already have an established practice yet are having questions or concerns on how to move forward. These sessions can be in person (home office in Florrisant Colorado), on the phone, or over the internet and are offered for 30 or 60 minutes. Six Week Mindfulness Meditation Course
Participants will have the opportunity to learn the essence of mindfulness meditation, including a moment-by-moment awareness of thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment through a gentle, nurturing lens. The two-hour class will meet weekly. To deepen your learning experience between classes, suggestions for continued practice will also be offered.
This course is for both beginners interested in learning and developing a mindfulness meditation practice, as well as experienced mediators who want to refresh the fundamentals of their practice. This course may be especially helpful for people who have difficulty meditating or feel they aren't "doing it right". In the course, my goal is to keep it real - offering simple, practical guidance for mediation, as well as tools to implement in your daily life. My hope is we even have some fun along the way.
Classes will meet weekly over Zoom and will be interactive with both the teacher and fellow learners.
